The Call for Papers for the 2010 36th annual convention, to be held May 28 – June 1, 2010 in San Antonio, Texas, is now open. The deadline for submissions is October 14, 2009. The ABAI annual convention is the premier event in the field of behavior analysis and we invite you to be a part of it. We encourage you to share your research, applications and theoretical developments at the convention that is known for the quality and diversity of information offered.
To access the 2010 Call for Papers submission information and forms please visit http://www.abainternational.org/NewCallForPapers/CFP_pages/index.asp
You will be asked to log in to your new ABAI personalized portal to submit presentations. A link on the Portals Tools tab will allow you to easily complete information with one-click options. You may submit your proposal online or download the Call for Papers document and submit via mail or fax. We look forward to your feedback about the new process as we continue to improve the system each year.
Some important information you should note:
-Deadline for submissions is Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Submissions received after that date will be rejected without review.
-A person may be listed as the primary (presenting) author, chair, or discussant in a maximum of TWO events. This limit applies to posters, papers, symposia, and panel discussions. Submissions exceeding this limit are subject to rejection without review.
-Letters indicating initial acceptance or rejection of submissions will be e-mailed to submission contacts by November 6, 2009 to facilitate attendees’ travel planning and funding requests. Because presenters in all events (including invited events) in the ABAI program, including primary presenters, chairs, panelists, and discussants, are required to register for the annual convention, final acceptance of all submissions will require that all presenters have registered for the convention by December 15, 2009.
Please e-mail email@example.com if you have any questions about this or any other convention-related issue. We look forward to your participation and expect another outstanding event.
We hope to see you in San Antonio!
